Official Opening of Service Station in Dubai

asscom founded its Dubai Branch, asscom Middle East, to meet the increasing demand in the Middle East Region for maintenance of aircraft components and spare parts distribution. asscom’s Dubai Branch is located in the Airbus Middle East Material & Logistics Centre at Dubai Airport Free Zone, right next to Dubai Airport.

On July 9^th, asscom Middle East celebrated the official opening of its Avionics and Electronics repair shop situated in the Airbus Material and Logistics Centre. For the inauguration the asscom team had invited representatives from airline customers, equipment manufacturers and authorities. “We are happy and enthusiastic to be on board here at the DAFZ. For asscom, it is a great opportunity to provide our services from Dubai  – a spot offering so many unequalled opportunities,” Peter Wiggers said, “With our new service station we are able to provide outstanding customer support services on-site, to both airline customers and OEMs in the regions Middle East, Africa and India.”
